TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Booking Blocks
    Recordings are available for booking in blocks of time, not by the hour. You can book a 2-hour or 4-hour block, etc.
     

  2. Usage and Refunds
    If you book a 4-hour block but only use 3 hours, you will not be refunded for the unused hour. Conversely, if you require 5 hours but have only booked for 4, you can pay for the extra hour at the rate of £40 during your session.
     

  3. Non-Transferable Slots
    Booking slots are non-transferable. This means you cannot book 4 hours and split the time across two sessions, nor can you use an hour from a 4-hour booking for a different session.
     

  4. Included Services
    Each recording session includes a free basic mix and master. 
     

  5. Audio Quality Requirements
    A high-quality WAV file must be provided for effective stem separation; MP3 files are not permitted. If the WAV quality is insufficient, a recording session cannot be booked.
     

  6. Stem Limitations
    You can record a maximum of 50 individual stems, excluding the recorded vocal stems.
     

  7. Final Output
    You will receive two versions of your song:
       - An MP3 version optimised for phones.
       - A high-quality WAV/AIFF version optimised for platforms like iTunes, Spotify, and YouTube.
     

  8. Time Considerations
    It will take approximately 2 hours to complete one song from start to finish, which includes both recording and mixing. Therefore, please allocate an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour within your recording session to ensure eligibility for a basic mix.
     

  9. Mix Revisions
    The basic mix can be edited after the recording session. You will receive one free revision for any basic changes which will need to be finalised within the week. For further changes beyond the initial revision or beyond the deadline of 1 week, a new recording session will need to be booked. Please note that extensive mixing revisions will not be accommodated as it remains a foundational mix.
     

  10. Deposit and Payment
    A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure your booking. If you do not pay this deposit, your session will not be booked.
    Full payment for the remaining balance must be made 24 hours prior to your session (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon).
